Description
The City of Tacoma Water Purchasing Division is seeking price quotes for a catalog of non‑electrical hardware items that are stocked for the water utility system. Vendors must supply brand‑new, unused components that meet the exact part numbers, manufacturers, and industry standards (AWWA, ASTM, NSF/ANSI) specified. All prices must be FOB Destination with freight prepaid and included in the unit price. The solicitation lists dozens of individual items such as flanges, inserts, nipples, plugs, yokes, caps, adapters, gland packs, valves, and clamps, each with required quantities and, for some items, unit pricing. No substitutes are permitted unless pre‑approved. Bids are due by 11 a.m. on June 5 2026 and must be emailed to the City’s bid address.
