ELECTRICAL REPAIR PARTS - NON WAREHOUSE STOCK

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking to establish an agreement with multiple vendors to provide electrical repair parts and supplies. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through September 30, 2030. The District reserves the right to request quotes from one or more suppliers to establish the best price. The contractor will be required to provide reports detailing the number of orders issued, items being ordered, dollar amount of each order, and total expenditure for the District. The contractor must also package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and provide a warranty for all items provided. • The contract requires the contractor to provide new and unused parts of current production and in first-class condition. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the product(s) offered. • The District reserves the right to conduct reviews of vendor performance at any time during the contract period. • The District may terminate the contract with or without cause at any time during the contract period.
