Houston National Cemetery Handheld Radios and Set and Installation

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide and install handheld digital radios, base stations, and repeater systems for the Houston National Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, ensuring that it meets the required specifications, and providing spare parts and accessories. The contract will be for a period of 3 months, from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations. Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing 60 handheld digital radios with chargers and belt clips • Providing 2 digital base stations • Providing 1 digital repeater system with antenna and pole • Providing spare batteries, antennas, and belt clips • Installing and setting up the equipment • Ensuring that the equipment meets the required specifications and is compatible with the existing systems at the cemetery.
