Number 10 Custom Double Window Envelopes

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking bids for customized Number 10 Double Window Security Envelopes. The envelopes will be used to fulfill a special order from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The contract will be for a term of at least 90 days, and the State reserves the right to extend or renew the contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide the envelopes at the lowest price that meets the specifications. • The envelopes must be customized with a double window security feature • The envelopes must be made of a durable material that can withstand regular use • The envelopes must be able to be printed with the State's logo and other relevant information • The envelopes must be delivered to the Correction Enterprise Nash Print Plant within a specified timeframe • The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of financial condition and to comply with all relevant State laws and regulations
