Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide de-installation services for a Siemens Uroskope at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the de-installation. The contract is set-aside for all small businesses.
