The U.S. Army Research Laboratory is seeking a contractor to fully remove existing Culligan water‑treatment systems and install new, fully functional water‑treatment equipment at 14 locations on Spesutie Island, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The effort must be completed within a tight 14‑day period after award and includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, testing, and documentation. The scope covers demolition, disposal, installation of filtration, softening, UV, chemical dosing, and related controls, plus post‑installation water‑quality verification and warranty support.
• Remove and dispose of existing Culligan systems per federal/environmental regulations.
• Supply, install, and commission new water‑treatment systems (filters, softeners, UV, chemical dosing, brine tank, etc.).
• Provide O&M manuals, warranty, and ensure systems meet OEM water‑quality specifications within 14 calendar days.
• Comply with extensive FAR/DFARS clauses (small‑business set‑aside, labor standards, security, DEI, etc.) and adhere to Army/DoD safety and OPSEC requirements.
