Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to United Heroes League

The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota intends to award a sole source contract to the United Heroes League for the provision of non-Commercial Heroes League course. This award will be for a period of one base year with three one-year option periods.
