The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, agency‑specific agreement with a base term of three years and two optional one‑year renewals. • Integrate with FA‑Link, Ellucian Colleague, and LMS via LTI 1.3/OAuth2
• Maintain security certifications (SOC 2 Type II, HECVAT) and comply with FERPA, GDPR, PCI‑DSS, etc.
• Deliver analytics dashboards, pricing proposals, and equitable‑access program pricing
• Supply site‑preparation specs, architecture diagrams, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans
• Offer a three‑year contract with two one‑year renewal options; award expected around 1 Mar 2027.
