The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking to sole source a contract to Texas Medical Center for the lease of a parking lot to provide 100 parking spaces for employees. The contract will have a base year and two one-year options. The contractor must provide a safe and well-lit parking area that meets the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS).
