6830--Campus Propane Delivery

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to identify vendors capable of providing propane delivery services to the Togus VA Medical Center in Maine. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering propane to 14 locations on the campus, maintaining the tanks and fuel lines, and providing emergency fuel deliveries as needed. The contract period is expected to be one year, with an option for one additional year. The vendor will need to provide their own tanks and remote monitoring equipment to ensure timely deliveries. The estimated annual propane consumption is 33,000 gallons.
