The Township of Ocean is seeking a vendor to design, print, and prepare for mailing a full‑color 4‑page Spring/Summer 2026 newsletter (13,800 copies) and provide an electronic PDF version. The scope includes layout and design work, production on 70 lb recycled glossy stock, folding, bundling by carrier route, delivery to a local USPS Business Mail Center, and delivery of excess copies to Town Hall. Vendors must submit a price quotation by the March 6, 2026 deadline and be able to meet a mailing schedule in the week of April 13, 2026. • Design, layout, and copy‑change services for a 4‑page 8.5” × 11” newsletter. • Printing 13,800 full‑color copies on 70 lb recycled glossy stock, double‑sided, folded. • Post‑printing tasks: additional folding to 5.5” × 8.5”, bundling by carrier route, delivery to Red Bank Business Mail Center, and provision of an electronic PDF. • All quotations must be submitted via sealed mail or email, using the attached price‑quotation form, and must include separate line items for design, printing, mailing preparation (excluding postage), and any additional charges.
