The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Rigaku Americas for the renewal of the premium service agreement for Rigaku Ultima III and Haskris Chiller. The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. The service agreement is essential to maintaining research continuity and operability. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NETL requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested. • The service agreement is for the maintenance and support of Rigaku Ultima III and Haskris Chiller. • The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027. • The service agreement is essential to maintaining research continuity and operability. • Any upgrades, updates, maintenance, and calibrations must be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
