RFP for Mass Notification System

The Reeths-Puffer Schools is seeking a qualified bidder to install a new Mass Notification System in three separate facilities: Reeths-Puffer High School, Reeths-Puffer Middle School, and Twin Lake Elementary. The system must be non-proprietary, standards-based, and scalable, with features such as All-Call, Zone Paging, Intercom/Talkback, and Emergency Notification/Alerting integration. The bidder must provide a comprehensive proposal, including a detailed timeline, work schedule, and warranty information. The project is expected to be completed by August 1, 2026. • The bidder must provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. • The bidder must include a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship with the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District or the Superintendent of the School District. • The bidder must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and labor. • The bidder must provide comprehensive training for administrative, secretarial, and technical staff.
