METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking an outside advertising firm to sell and maintain digital and print signage on its fleet of revenue vehicles, including buses and paratransit vehicles. The contract term will be three years with an option for two additional years. The successful bidder will be responsible for administering all approved forms of advertising, including design, development, production, installation, and removal of advertisements. The bidder will also work with METRO's in-house advertising sales manager to transition accounts and address space and billing logistics. • The advertising program should maximize revenue for METRO while fairly compensating the contractor. • The contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with printing, installation, upkeep, and removal of advertising. • A percentage of space will be allocated to METRO for its messaging and marketing purposes. • The contractor must ensure that all advertisements are suitable for viewing by the general public and comply with METRO's core values and advertising policy guidelines.
