EC ADVERTISEMENT AND MARKETING SERVICES

The Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) seeks a qualified marketing firm to serve as the Agency of Record for its Early Learning and Childcare (EC) advertising and communications program. The contractor will develop and execute a comprehensive, multi‑channel outreach campaign to raise awareness of publicly funded early childcare options for families with children ages 6 weeks to 4 years. Scope includes strategy development, website audit, SEO/GEO, WCAG‑compliant digital assets, creative design, media buying (billboards, bus ads, social, video, programmatic display, print), monthly reporting, and coordination with district staff. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with a possible two‑year extension and may be renewed based on performance. Proposals are due electronically by 11:00 AM CST on 27 Oct 2026; a virtual pre‑proposal meeting is scheduled for 9 Oct 2026.
