The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) consultant to provide full‑time on‑site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling/testing, and engineering support for the design‑build of a new roundabout at the intersection of Route 15, Spinks Ferry Road, and Newvalley Church Road. The consultant will work under the County’s Construction Manager, coordinate with VDOT standards, and be responsible for quality assurance, documentation, and project close‑out over an estimated 32‑month construction period.
