CEI Services for Route 15 N Widening: Battlefield Pkwy to Montresor Road, RFQ 714025

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) firm to provide full‑time, on‑site inspection, construction administration, materials testing, documentation management, and related engineering support for the Route 15 North Widening project (Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road). The contract will be a unit‑price agreement lasting approximately 54 months, covering a 3.5‑mile roadway expansion from two to four lanes, a shared‑use path, utility relocations, a signalized continuous‑green “T” intersection, a hybrid roundabout, bridge replacements, and associated drainage and erosion control works. The selected consultant must staff at least a Construction Manager and Senior Inspector (plus additional inspectors, office engineer, and support staff), possess VDOT certifications, and be able to work overtime as required.
