General Dentistry Services

The State of Wyoming is seeking a provider of general dentistry services for the residents of the Wyoming Life Resource Center. The selected provider will be required to provide dental services three days a week for four hours each day, with a maximum of 24 hours per week. The provider will also be required to respond to emergency dental calls and maintain accurate records. The contract will be for a period of up to five years, with the option for renewal. • The provider must be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Wyoming. • The provider must have experience in providing dental services to patients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. • The provider must be able to work cooperatively with the Agency's staff and other healthcare providers. • The provider must be able to maintain accurate records and provide reports as required. • The provider must be able to respond to emergency dental calls in a timely manner.
