Communications Antenna Systems, Installation and Repair

This Invitation to Bid seeks to create a statewide price agreement for the supply, installation, repair, and maintenance of communications‑antenna systems and related services across New Mexico. The agreement will be indefinite‑quantity with no guaranteed minimum purchases, allowing any state agency to place orders under the contract once it is awarded. Vendors must be capable of providing a broad range of telecom hardware (antennas, mounts, satellite ground stations, radio equipment, etc.), installation and removal services, repair and maintenance, consulting, management, and rental/lease of telecom assets such as towers. The solicitation is open to all qualified bidders, with a sealed‑bid deadline of 29 September 2026. The State reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time. • Scope covers antenna hardware, accessories, satellite ground stations, radio‑TV broadcast equipment, marine and aircraft communications gear, and related installation/repair services. • Includes consulting, management, and lease services for telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., tower leasing). • Indefinite‑quantity price agreement; any NM agency may issue orders after award, with no minimum quantity guarantee.
