Group Housing Support

The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is soliciting proposals for group-based Housing Support programs for Board and Lodge and Assisted Living. The services are being procured for the Housing Stability service area of the Human Services and Public Health Department. Proposers must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being a new individual/organization or a current provider with a Hennepin County Housing Support Agreement. The County anticipates awarding multiple Housing Support Agreements from this RFP. • The Scope of services includes providing daily meals and additional services beyond room and board services. • Proposers must submit a proposal that includes a plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, and commitment to equity. • The evaluation criteria include the plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, and commitment to equity.
