Janitorial Services for Visitor Center

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a qualified vendor to provide interior custodial and general exterior cleaning services for the TOURISM Santa Fe's Train Depot Visitor Center. The contract term may be awarded for up to 8 years. The services include cleaning restrooms, indoor office cleaning, daily trash removal, exterior cleaning, and emergency on-call services. The vendor must provide unit prices for each service and ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract. • Restrooms: 2 times per day, 7 days a week • Indoor office cleaning: 3 times a week • Daily Trash Removal: 7 days a week • Exterior Cleaning: 1 time per month • Emergency on-call services as needed The City of Santa Fe may apply local business preferences and resident business preferences in the evaluation of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
