Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse Retail Concessions

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking responses from qualified respondents to operate and manage retail concession spaces in the Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. There are two available retail concession spaces: Package 1, a news, gift, and convenience store, and Package 2, a specialty retail boutique-style store. The successful respondents will enter into a concession lease agreement with the City and will be responsible for developing, operating, and managing the premises. The City encourages competition and seeks respondents who can provide modern urban retail concepts, optimize sales and rental revenues, and demonstrate support for airport initiatives such as sustainability programs.
