ENTERPRISE SUSTAINMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS) SUPPORT

The State of Wyoming’s Military Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive support for its Enterprise Sustainment Management System (eSMS). The work includes system administration, regular updates, technical support, data quality assurance, and conducting mandatory 20% asset inspections across multiple military facilities throughout Wyoming. The contractor must also digitize and archive missing building plans, generate monthly performance reports, and produce detailed inspection reports. Work will be performed on‑site at the Joint Forces Readiness Center in Cheyenne and at other WYMD locations as needed, following the same schedule as WYMD staff. The contract may be extended up to three years, with a tentative award in September 2026 and work beginning October 2026. <br/>• Provide eSMS program management, maintenance, and user training. <br/>• Conduct 20% asset inspections of facilities and equipment statewide. <br/>• Update and validate the eSMS database with accurate asset information. <br/>• Create, digitize, and archive missing building plans. <br/>• Deliver monthly system performance reports and detailed inspection reports. <br/>• Work on‑site at JFRC Cheyenne and other WYMD sites; travel and per‑diem reimbursed as needed.
