The State of Wyoming’s Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division is seeking a vendor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a secure, web‑based Behavioral Health Management System (BHMS) that will collect, validate, and report client‑level mental health and substance‑use disorder data from state‑contracted treatment providers. The contract will be awarded after a technical and cost evaluation, with a tentative award in November 2026 and work commencing March 2027. The scope includes data collection, performance measurement, capacity management, provider certification tools, and ongoing maintenance and support.
