The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to plan, manage, and execute two national-level competitions annually: the National JROTC Drill Competition and the National JROTC Raider Competition. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, supervision, logistics, coordination, scheduling, adjudication systems, scoring, safety management, and on-site execution services. The events are intended to support leadership development, physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and esprit de corps among JROTC cadets. The contractor must ensure compliance with youth safety standards, standardized competition rules, and JROTC educational objectives. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary personnel, supervision, logistics, coordination, scheduling, adjudication systems, scoring, safety management, and on-site execution services • Ensuring compliance with youth safety standards, standardized competition rules, and JROTC educational objectives • Supporting leadership development, physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and esprit de corps among JROTC cadets • Managing large-scale, multi-day national events involving hundreds of teams and thousands of participants • Providing proprietary scoring, tabulation, and ranking systems specifically designed for drill and Raider events
