Statewide IV&V Services

The State of Indiana is seeking a respondent to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a respondent to add to a qualified vendor pool that can satisfy the state's need for IV&V services in accordance with SEA 5 (2025) and IC 5-35.7-4-2. These services will provide objective oversight, risk mitigation, and quality assurance as part of procurement development/review, contract and SOW development/review, and contract execution integration. • The services will include objective oversight, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. • The services will be part of procurement development/review, contract and SOW development/review, and contract execution integration. • The respondent will be added to a qualified vendor pool. • The services will be provided in accordance with SEA 5 (2025) and IC 5-35.7-4-2.
