IFB-TOWN OF WEYMOUTH-ANNUAL 3RD OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY AT WESSAGUSSET BEACH 2026

The Town of Weymouth is seeking qualified vendors to submit sealed bids for the Annual 3rd of July Fireworks Display at Wessagusset Beach. The bid must comply with all minimum requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) to be considered responsive. The Chief Procurement Officer in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office will make the award of the contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any minor informality in the bids, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Some key points to consider: • The IFB will be available after 4:00PM on Monday, April 27, 2026, by request electronically at [email protected]. • Sealed bids will be received and registered at the Procurement Office located at Weymouth Town Hall Annex, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189 until 11:00AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. • All questions and requests for clarifications must be received in writing by 3:00PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. • The contract award will be made based on the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
