The Army Contracting Command‑Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division intends to award a sole‑source purchase order to Haun Welding Supply, Inc. for the uninterrupted delivery of commercial industrial and liquid gases, plus inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of government‑owned low‑pressure cylinders supporting critical manufacturing, electronics testing, and radar‑overhaul activities at Tobyhanna Army Depot. This effort requires 24‑hour emergency response capability to avoid a 60‑ to 90‑day service interruption that could jeopardize depot operations. • Provide 12 types of industrial and liquid gases (argon, nitrogen, oxygen, shielding‑gas mixtures, etc.). • Perform periodic inspection, testing, and repair of five government‑owned non‑serialized cylinders. • Ensure continuous supply and rapid emergency response to prevent operational delays. • Must integrate safely with existing gas‑delivery infrastructure and tank telemetry systems. • Submissions are limited to capability statements/quotations emailed by the response deadline.
