Solar & Battery Energy Storage System

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a contractor to design, install, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) at several city properties. The city is seeking a firm fixed-price proposal that includes all costs associated with the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the systems. The proposal should include a technical submission, financial proposal, and implementation plan.
