Tom Jenkins Office/Shelter roof replacement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to remove the existing roof on the Tom Jenkins office building and an adjacent shelter, then supply and install a new membrane roofing system for the office and a new shingle roof for the shelter. The work includes demolition of the old roofing, disposal of materials, and complete installation of the new roofing assemblies in accordance with the specifications provided in the Scope of Work attachment. This is a straightforward construction procurement focused on building envelope replacement. • Remove existing office and shelter roofs. • Provide and install new membrane roof on the office. • Provide and install new shingle roof on the shelter. • Comply with all applicable USACE construction standards and safety regulations. • Deliver all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal services required to complete the job.
