The State of New Mexico, together with the New Mexico Spaceport Authority, seeks a qualified contractor to supply aviation‑grade Jet‑A, AvGas 100LL, premium unleaded gasoline, and ultra‑low‑sulfur diesel, and to provide associated delivery, preventive‑maintenance, heavy‑maintenance, and fuel‑farm support services for the Spaceport America fuel farm. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, four‑year, and requires a 24‑hour delivery guarantee, dedicated or properly flushed delivery trucks, and comprehensive documentation (COA, refinery traceability, BOL) for each shipment.
