The State of Ohio’s Department of Administrative Services seeks a qualified third‑party vendor to develop and supply health‑and‑wellness content for an online newsletter. The vendor will create a variety of articles, infographics, tips, tools, and resources that can be edited to incorporate Ohio‑specific programs and employee‑population data. All deliverables must be provided in an editable format suitable for ongoing updates. This solicitation is open for bidding from mid‑June to mid‑July 2026, with award to be made to the lowest responsive and responsible quote. • Produce health‑and‑wellness articles, infographics, and resource tools for an online newsletter format. • Ensure all content is editable for insertion of State‑specific program information. • Comply with the State’s Standard Terms and Conditions and any required licensing or privacy agreements. • Maintain eligibility by being fully registered as an OhioBuys supplier and Payee. • Potentially renewable for up to three additional one‑year terms based on performance.
