RFP.NO.HCOA.2026.FCGCS.01 Family Caregiver Counseling Services

The County of Hawaii is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to provide supportive programs and services that address family caregiver needs, helping them maintain or improve their social and physical well-being to continue providing care and support to their loved ones. The contract term will be from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and may be extended for up to one 12-month term. • The applicant shall provide a detailed discussion of their approach to service activities and management requirements. • The applicant shall provide a cost proposal utilizing the Program Budget worksheets. • The applicant shall demonstrate skills, abilities, and knowledge relating to the delivery of the proposed services. • The applicant shall provide a written evaluation plan to effectively measure, monitor, and evaluate program performance. • The applicant shall describe their ability to supervise, train, and provide administrative direction relative to the delivery of the proposed services.
