Restroom Renovations at Various Parks

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to renovate park restrooms at various locations, including Pembroke Shores North and South Buildings, Chapel Trail East and West Buildings, and Academic Village Locker Rooms Showers. The project includes demolition, replacement of existing finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, partitions, and accessories.
