The City of Homestead is seeking a licensed Florida contractor to execute a full restroom renovation at the Police Athletic League (PAL) gym. The work includes demolition of existing finishes, installation of epoxy flooring, new wall and ceiling finishes, replacement of plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, hand‑dryers, showers), ADA‑compliant doors and stalls, installation of lockers, benches, signage, and associated accessories. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, insurance, and required bonds. The project site is located at 600 SW 14th Avenue, Homestead, FL. Bids are submitted electronically by October 6, 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site walk‑through will occur on September 16, 2026. The City will evaluate bidder qualifications, licensing, bonding capacity, and past performance.
