Assessment Services - Request for Proposals

The Village of Rio is seeking proposals for municipal property assessment services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing annual assessment and maintenance, full revaluation as required, parcel data management and GIS integration, Board of Review support and participation, and compliance with Wisconsin Department of Revenue standards and reporting.
