RFP - Seneca Park Zoo – Master Plan Phase 2 – Tropics: Interpretive Design and AV Displays

The County of Monroe is seeking a qualified firm to develop the interpretive design and audio‑visual (AV) displays for the “Tropics” section of the Seneca Park Zoo as part of the Master Plan Phase 2. The scope includes conceptual design, detailed drawings, exhibit content creation, and integration of AV systems to enhance visitor engagement. • Design interpretive signage, graphics, and visitor pathways for the Tropics exhibit. • Specify, program, and coordinate AV equipment (video walls, speakers, interactive displays). • Deliver full construction documents, installation guidelines, and support for on‑site implementation. • Coordinate with zoo staff and wildlife specialists to ensure accurate educational content. • Provide cost estimates, phasing plans, and sustainability considerations.
