91--Service, Diesel Fuel and Delivery

The U.S. Virgin Islands National Park is seeking a contractor to supply low‑sulfur diesel fuel (estimated 6,000 gallons over a one‑year period) and deliver it to multiple park locations on St. Thomas and St. John. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price on a per‑gallon basis and must include all transportation costs, including barge movement, labor, hose/setup, and any ancillary charges. Vendors must be able to acknowledge emergency requests within four hours and meet on‑call fill schedules (48‑hour) and one‑business‑day non‑emergency deliveries as mutually agreed with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Delivery sites vary in accessibility, requiring both standard large trucks and smaller vehicles for certain terrain.
