Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services Located in the State of Michigan Within the Counties of Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, or Van Buren

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to operate Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and provide Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders in Michigan. The contract will be an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) with firm‑fixed unit prices, covering a base period of one year and up to four additional one‑year option periods. Up to 30 in‑house RRC beds (25 male, 5 female) and 20 home‑confinement placements will be required each year, with the home‑confinement radius extending 180 miles from the RRC.
