Street Sweeper Parts and Supplies

The County of Mohave is seeking bids from qualified respondents for Street Sweeper Parts and Supplies. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver broom wafers that are fully compatible with the County’s existing street sweeping equipment. The contract term shall commence upon award and shall remain in effect for a period of one year, unless terminated, canceled or extended. The County reserves the right to add additional street sweeping equipment during the term of this contract. • The County's average annual usage is approximately 112 wafers. • Supplies will be ordered on an as-needed basis, with delivery required to the designated County facility or job site as specified on each order. • Vendors are expected to maintain sufficient stock levels to fulfill County requests promptly throughout the contract term. • The County reserves the right to purchase from other sources those items which are required on an emergency basis and cannot be supplied immediately by the contractor. • The contract requires the contractor to provide adequate experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful accomplishment of work to be performed under this contract.
