RFP 26-17 Visitor Assistance Program - Hawai‘i Island

The Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide a Visitor Assistance Program (VAP) on Hawaii Island. The program should provide assistance to visitors in crisis, including those victimized by crime and other adversities. The successful offeror will be responsible for promoting, developing, and conducting the VAP, which may include providing medical support services, law enforcement, airline issue assistance, and emotional support and guidance. Some key aspects of the program include: • Providing and coordinating services to visitors in crisis • Promoting, developing, and conducting the VAP • Including medical support services, law enforcement, and emotional support and guidance • Targeting health and safety issues • Submitting a proposal that includes a cover page, table of contents, cover letter, company overview, organizational chart, professional experience, proposed approach, workplan, budget, and cost proposal.
