Folk and Traditional Arts Program

This solicitation seeks a qualified for‑profit or nonprofit organization to provide comprehensive administrative support for the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts’ Folk & Traditional Arts Program for FY2027. The contractor will act as the program’s liaison, manage grant distributions, coordinate cultural outreach, maintain communications, process payments, ensure compliance, and deliver final reporting. The effort runs from 30 Oct 2026 through 30 Jun 2027 (approximately eight months) and includes two payment installments (60 % on award, 40 % on completion). • Provide coordination and liaison services with grantees and SFCA staff • Distribute Folk & Traditional Grants and Cultural Outreach funds • Conduct site visits and cultural outreach as needed • Prepare correspondence, contracts, and W‑9 documentation • Oversee program evaluation, documentation, and final reporting (within 30 days of contract end) • Manage budgeting and payment processing per the two‑phase payment plan • Ensure compliance with Hawaii state statutes and required certifications
