RFR 227031 stenographic and transcript services

The Department of Public Health is seeking stenographic and transcript services for the DALA Hearings, Board/Committee Meetings, Public Hearings, and interviews. The selected contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of 9 years, from January 1, 2022, to June 30, 2031. • The contractor must provide transcription services for up to three public hearings per day located anywhere within the Commonwealth. • The contractor must have experience providing stenographic and transcript services. • The contractor must provide pricing for various services, including hearing/board meeting attendance fees, interview attendance rates, and transcription rates. • The contractor must provide resumes for individuals who will be working on the project. • The contractor must provide scanned copies of commercial or governmental client references.
