Cationic Dewatering Polymer – Bull Hide WWTP

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the supply of cationic dewatering polymer for use at the Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor shall furnish all product, delivery units, transportation, delivery labor, unloading equipment, liftgate service when requested, documentation, technical assistance, qualification-test support, safety equipment, and other materials and services necessary to complete each delivery and delivery unit exchange in accordance with the specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The contractor must provide a current Safety Data Sheet with its bid. • The contractor must maintain an adequate supply source and provide a Supply Continuity Statement. • The contractor must provide technical assistance and emergency response. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide conforming replacement product within the period specified by the City. • The contractor must remove rejected product, delivery units, or equipment at no cost to the City.
