Description
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority is seeking qualified contractors to perform maintenance and repair services for its air traffic control tower at Jacksonville International Airport. Bidders must obtain the solicitation package on August 20, 2026 and may attend a non‑mandatory pre‑bid meeting/site visit on August 28, 2026. All questions are due by September 8, 2026, and bids must be submitted electronically by September 18, 2026 via DemandStar. The agency will not accept hand‑delivered, mailed, faxed, or emailed bids.
• Scope includes routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs of tower equipment and building systems.
• Contractors must be registered on DemandStar and able to meet the electronic submission requirements.
• The contract will be awarded in accordance with Title VI civil rights regulations and applicable FAA/airport standards.
