Portsmouth Seacoast Greenway Trailheads Design and Engineering

The City of Portsmouth is soliciting qualified engineering and design firms to develop two trailhead facilities that will serve the New Hampshire Seacoast Greenway. The scope includes wetland flagging, topographic and boundary surveys, conceptual and preliminary design, easement planning, environmental and cultural documentation, permitting, final design specifications, bid analysis, construction inspection, and as‑built documentation. Work must comply with HUD grant requirements and federal environmental regulations.
