State Road (SR) 60 Trailhead Park

The City of Clearwater is seeking competitive bids for the construction of a new Trailhead Park at State Road (SR) 60 to serve the new Courtney Campbell Causeway pedestrian overpass and adjacent trail system. The work includes site grading, concrete slab‑on‑grade, installation of benches, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, waste receptacles, drinking fountain with pet station, bike racks, a bike repair station, landscaping, irrigation, sidewalks, signage, and a single fixed project sign. All quantities are estimates; the City is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum amount. The contract period is three months (90 consecutive calendar days) from notice to proceed. Bidders must be pre‑qualified, provide a 10 % bid bond, and submit all required certifications (E‑Verify, drug‑free workplace, etc.). The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
