The State of Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is issuing a statewide contract (SW1043M – LIVESCAN) to acquire and support biometric capture technology. The solicitation seeks suppliers to provide Livescan fingerprint capture devices, iris scanners, fingerprint time‑attendance and access‑control machines, mug‑shot capture stations, associated hardware and software, and ongoing maintenance and support services. The contract will be a sealed, multiple‑bid, mandatory statewide agreement that can be used by state agencies, counties, and municipalities on an as‑needed basis.
