The State of Oklahoma, through OMES Central Purchasing, is issuing a statewide contract (SW1100M) for fingerprinting services to support background checks. The contract will be awarded on a mandatory statewide basis and can be used by any state agency or affiliate on an as‑needed basis. Suppliers must be able to provide both live‑scan electronic fingerprinting and traditional ink‑on‑paper fingerprint collection, deliver results promptly, and comply with sensitive data regulations (CJIS, FERPA, etc.).
