Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to LABRepCo, LLC for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one Ultima Series 1400 LXP freestanding Laboratory Glassware washing machine. The requirement is needed for the Laboratory Services and Applied Science Division (LSASD) to properly clean labware and glassware required for method specifications of inorganic, organic, and biological laboratory analyses.
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000.00.
• LABRepCo, LLC is uniquely qualified to configure and customize the equipment and provide repair, maintenance services, and technical support as needed.
